Jaisea is the Group People, Technology & Brand Director at Core Talent, bringing 15 years of recruitment industry experience across the UK and Australian markets and more than a decade as part of Core Talent’s growth journey.

Having joined Core Talent during its early years, Jaisea has played a key role in the evolution of the business, working across recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, people strategy, technology and brand. Her experience gives her a strong understanding of the commercial and operational foundations required to build, scale and retain the culture of a high-performing recruitment business.

Today, Jaisea leads Core Talent’s Group people, technology and brand strategy. A key focus is using technology and innovation to improve market mobility, talent access and speed to market. She has led the adoption of AI, automation, data and integrated recruitment technology to improve efficiency, expand access to talent and enable teams to enter and develop new markets faster.

Jaisea also leads the Group’s brand strategy, shaping a clear and consistent voice that reflects Core Talent’s expertise, ambition and culture across its markets.

People and culture remain central to her leadership. Through initiatives spanning leadership development, learning and development, employee experience and retention, Jaisea has helped create the internal capability and career pathways that have supported Core Talent’s growth into one of Australia’s most established and high-performing independent recruitment businesses.

As Core Talent expands into the United States, Jaisea is leading the people, technology and brand foundations supporting the US business, creating a scalable platform that combines Core Talent’s established expertise and culture with technology-led recruitment practices built for the US market.
