Craig is President of Core Talent USA, bringing nearly two decades of recruitment and workforce solutions experience across the UK, Canada and the United States, with an established track record of building specialist markets, high-performing teams and recruitment businesses.

Throughout his career, Craig has developed deep expertise across Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Civil & Infrastructure and Construction. His leadership approach combines specialist market knowledge with a strong commercial focus and a relationship-led approach, enabling him to understand the evolving workforce challenges facing clients while building recruitment teams that are closely connected to the industries and markets they serve.

Prior to launching Core Talent USA, Craig held senior leadership positions with a global staffing organization, where he was responsible for launching and scaling multiple business units across the United States. He established the organization’s US Real Estate recruitment practice and played a key role in its western US expansion, successfully launching new offices, developing specialist markets and building teams to support long-term growth.

In 2025, Craig was named one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40, recognizing his leadership, innovation and impact within the staffing and workforce solutions industry.

As President, Craig leads the strategy, growth and performance of Core Talent USA. His vision is to build a nationally recognized specialist recruitment business defined by market expertise, exceptional relationships and high-performing people. Central to this is developing leaders, creating opportunities for ambitious recruiters and building specialist teams with the autonomy and market knowledge to become trusted partners to their clients and candidates.

Craig is also an active advocate for workforce development and industry mentorship. He has held leadership positions within IFMA organizations and contributed to initiatives focused on developing the next generation of facilities management professionals.

A graduate of Aston University with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management, Craig is British American and based in Los Angeles with his wife and two young sons. Outside of work, he is a lifelong Leeds United and New York Jets fan and an avid reader of US non-fiction.
