Camilo is a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with over 10 years of recruitment experience across the United States, LATAM, Europe and APAC. He brings a global perspective to talent acquisition, combining strategic sourcing, market research and relationship-building to connect organizations with the people they need to grow and succeed.

Throughout his career, Camilo has recruited across a wide range of industries and functions, including technology, SaaS, engineering, construction, finance, legal, sales and commercial operations. His experience spans technical specialists, business leaders and executive-level talent, with a strong focus on hard-to-fill roles, international markets and delivering results in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Camilo has partnered with multinational organizations and growing technology companies, supporting recruitment initiatives across diverse markets and building talent pipelines for specialized positions. His approach combines data-driven sourcing, innovative recruitment strategies and AI-enabled tools with a people-first mindset, ensuring that both clients and candidates benefit from a thoughtful, efficient and personalized recruitment experience.

Before beginning his career in talent acquisition, Camilo volunteered with Hearshare, a nonprofit organization in New York City. This experience contributed to his interest in the human side of organizations and the ways people connect, collaborate and create meaningful impact.

Beyond recruitment, Camilo has a strong creative and research-oriented mindset, with a particular interest in exploring how the arts can inform organizational development, workplace culture, communication and human potential. He believes that creativity and innovation can help organizations approach talent challenges from new perspectives and build stronger connections between people and their work.

Camilo holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Trustforte Foundation. Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional knowledge of French and Portuguese, he brings a cross-cultural perspective to his work and a genuine curiosity about people, organizations and the future of work.
