Originally from England, Aaron began his recruitment career in Australia before relocating to Los Angeles, and he now brings experience from both markets to his work at Core Talent US. Along the way, his performance has earned him multiple annual awards with global recruitment brands.

Aaron specializes in Real Estate, Commercial Property and Facilities Management recruitment, helping clients secure the right people for both permanent and contract roles. His approach is straightforward and relationship-driven: he takes the time to understand each business, its team and the challenges a role needs to solve, so the candidates he puts forward are suited to the environment as well as skilled for the job.

That combination of market knowledge and commercial awareness is what clients value most, along with his ability to move quickly without cutting corners. Whether he’s supporting a single hire or helping build entire teams for a new development, Aaron keeps the focus on clear communication, realistic advice and placements that last.

Away from work, Aaron is a proud father of two young girls, whose names may or may not have been inspired by his beloved Everton Football Club.
