Josh is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Core Talent, bringing nearly 15 years of finance, commercial and leadership experience across recruitment, construction, civil & infrastructure and international businesses.

Throughout his career, Josh has held senior finance leadership positions including Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer, working across privately owned businesses and ASX, AIM and TSX-listed companies. His experience spans financial strategy, commercial operations, funding, governance, international reporting and business transformation, with a strong track record of supporting organizations through periods of growth, investment and change.

Josh joined Core Talent as Head of Finance in February 2025 and was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in June 2026. As a member of Core Talent’s executive leadership team, he leads the Group’s financial and commercial strategy, partnering closely with business leaders to drive performance, inform investment decisions and create the financial foundations required for sustainable growth.

Since joining Core Talent, Josh has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial and operational infrastructure, improving commercial visibility and supporting strategic initiatives including acquisitions, business integration and international expansion. His approach combines strong financial governance with a commercial mindset, ensuring the business has the insight, systems and structures required to make informed decisions and capitalize on new opportunities.

As Core Talent expands into the United States, Josh is playing a central role in establishing the financial, corporate and commercial foundations of Core Talent USA. Working alongside the Group and US leadership teams, his focus is on creating a scalable financial framework that supports investment, responsible growth and Core Talent’s long-term ambitions in the US market.
