Georgia is the Group Marketing Manager at Core Talent, responsible for driving the Group’s marketing, brand and communications strategy across Australia and the United States.

With a strong background in recruitment marketing and business growth, Georgia has built her career around strengthening brand market presence, connecting with talent communities and creating meaningful engagement with clients and candidates. Her expertise spans brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, PR, employer branding and lead generation.

At Core Talent, Georgia leads the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support the company’s continued growth across multiple specialist sectors. Working closely with leadership teams across the business, she ensures marketing remains aligned to commercial objectives while strengthening Core Talent’s reputation as a trusted recruitment partner.

A key focus of Georgia’s role overseeing the evolution of the Core Talent brand, ensuring a consistent and authentic presence across all channels while supporting the growth of the Group’s specialist businesses and newly acquired brands.

As Core Talent expands internationally, Georgia is leading the marketing and brand strategy behind the company’s entry into the United States, building awareness, establishing market credibility and creating a strong foundation for long-term growth in a new market.
